Haldane Youth Services Kick Off Summer Success with Football Coaching & Community Support

Haldane Youth Services is proud to spotlight the recent achievement of our Project Assistant, who has completed the SCQF Coaching Course with Street Soccer Scotland. This milestone has already made a meaningful impact, with football skill sessions now forming an exciting part of our Summer Programme—bringing confidence, connection, and joyful competition to our young participants.

This summer marked the launch of our pilot football camp held every Thursday during our lunch club. Over six energetic engaged 27 unique young participants aged 7th and up.

In true community spirit, our call out for football boot donations was met with overwhelming generosity. Thanks to the kindness of local supporters, Graham Ramage and all the family and community members, every player now has a proper pair of boots to take to the pitch - ensuring all children can participate with pride and comfort.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to WD SHINE for supporting our Summer Lunch provision, helping to fuel fun, friendship, and shared experiences. We are deeply grateful to all of our funders whose continued belief in our mission makes every milestone possible. Their support empowers us to nurture young lives, promote inclusive opportunity, and build stronger community connections.
